Two possibilities exist for this timing. The Deep State might be preparing for a false flag alien invasion to push for further control. This would be done using advanced human technology, some of which may have been provided by fallen angels. The fallen angels may arrange for a false flag “alien invasion” by the Deep State in order to pave the way for the actual Arrival.

The fake alien invasion will be surrounded by fear-mongering and the deception will be superficial. This will open the world’s eyes to the possibility of extraterrestrial life and the narrative will be driven by hostility. The fallen angels can then conduct a more elaborate Arrival using their supernatural powers and technology. They will step in to debunk the false flag, undermine the Deep State and win the trust of the human race.

A fake hostile alien invasion preceding the genuine arrival of apparently benevolent extraterrestrials (fallen angels) is a classic “Good Cop, Bad Cop” trope. The fallen angels may even claim that they were forced to reveal themselves before humanity was ready. They can claim that they had to intervene in order to stop the Deep State’s fake hostile alien invasion. It’s all about controlling the narrative.
